Whilst we always do our best to ensure your home is perfect upon handover we operate a customer care service tailored to our customers to ensure any defects in materials or workmanship are picked up within reasonable set timeframes which are clearly explained at handover together with the reporting procedures for both emergency and non-emergency items.
