Once we have completed our own pre-handover tests and are confident that everything meets our own standards of high quality, we will arrange to meet you at your new home. We will show you how everything works, explain what you can expect during the normal running in period and will be on hand to answer any questions.

Once you have moved in, we would normally get in touch after a few weeks just to check that no problems have emerged and to make sure that you are happy with everything.
